Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.

All vanities are custom made to order.

Standard production lead time is 2–3 weeks from the date full payment is received and shop drawings are approved.

Lead times are estimates only and may vary depending on material availability or supplier delays. If any delays arise, we will notify you promptly.

Once production is complete, we will contact you to arrange delivery or collection.

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and courier scheduling.

Haute Vanities provides a 10-year limited warranty on vanity cabinets, stone tops, handles and drawer systems.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Products must be installed by a competent tradesperson. Cabinets are water-resistant (not waterproof), and standing water or leaks must be wiped immediately.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, leaks, normal wear and tear, or environmental factors.
